We have just received the VCAT Order regarding the appeal we lodged to challenge the MRSC refusal to grant a Planning Permit to develop Mark's Country Place. The Order sets aside the Council's decision and therefore the Permit has been granted.
This is great news following many months of uncertainty and anxiety. At last we can look to the future and begin the work of developing the site as we have planned and visualised for so long.
We will need to address some of the Planning conditions in the coming months, but these are details and do not impede the progress and development of MCP in any way.
Our heartfelt thanks go to Yvonne of Caddick Designs and Julie of Urban Design and Management for their painstaking work and belief in our project. Without their professional support we would not be where we are today.
