We are excited to report that actual physical work will start next week with construction of the crossover allowing access to the property.

With the crossover completed, the next step is the detailed design and construction of the vehicle parking area and the amenities building.

We hope to develop stage one of the landscaping plan concurrently with the construction. This will include drainage, water management and irrigation as well as some tree planting and hedging.

These activities will take us well into our summer and we look forward to posting frequent updates and pictures.

From now on, we will be focusing on fund raising and grant applications so that we can bring Mark's Country Place to life in a timely manner for the benefit of our future clients.

Stuart is currently has a Facebook fundraiser to supplement funds needed for the crossovers, see the link for details.
